National Simulated Scams Exercise
1 February 2026
The NSSE is an opt-in exercise designed to help participants learn how scams work and steps they can take to protect themselves through experiential learning. In a safe and controlled environment, participants will be exposed to actual scam tactics, preparing them to better understand how scammers operate and protect themselves in real life.

What participants can expect
• Registration starts from 1 February 2026
• Following registration, participants will receive robocalls at any point during the six-month period of the exercise, mimicking typical Government Official Impersonation Scams (GOIS).
• You will be asked to provide information about yourself that is necessary for the conduct of the exercise during the registration phase.
